Each school year, the proceeds from various PAC fundraising activities such as Canteen, Family Photo Night, and our annual Prowl-A-Thon, benefit all the students in our school.  Our “Superheroes” Prowl-A-Thon held last May 2016 was a great success.  Thank you for your continued and generous support.  With your assistance, the PAC is able to fund classroom allocations, field trips, special programs and guest speakers, as well as other school-related items.  In addition, our PAC has recently purchased the following items:  classroom projectors, emergency kit supplies, library book baskets, Bluetooth speakers, sports jerseys, and Reader’s Choice books.  This year, we also wish to fund the purchase of a new mobile sound system for use in the gym and outside on school grounds, for assemblies, performances, gym classes and extra-curricular activities. At this time we are reaching out to all Lee parents and families to ask you to consider giving a financial contribution to our Walter Lee PAC this year so that we may continue supporting our students.  Our goal is to raise $7000 this year through this campaign.  Every dollar contributed will go directly to benefit all our Lee students.  We greatly appreciate any amount you may choose to contribute.  If you contribute at least $30 per student, your child will receive a Canteen Voucher (value of $5 at Canteen Lunch) as a special thank you gift for your support.  Tax receipts are also available for contributions of $30 or more.  All contributions given in response to this campaign by May 4th will be entered into the draw for prizes at our annual Lee Lions Prowl-A-Thon.  Our “Canada 150” themed Prowl-A-Thon will be held this year on Friday, May 5th, 2017.
