The Richmond School District invites you to provide written feedback and respectful comments to the Richmond School District's draft Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) Policy. The process for developing this policy dates back to February 20, 2017, when the Board passed a resolution to establish a SOGI policy working group. This committee included students and school district trustees as well as representatives from the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), the Richmond Association of School Administrators (RASA), the Richmond District Parents Association (RDPA), the Richmond Teachers Association (RTA), and the Richmond Management And Professional Staff (RMAPS).
