Would you like to have professional photos taken of your family by Mountain West Studios?  Looking for photos or other gifts for Christmas and other upcoming occasions?  Please join us for our Family Photo Night which will be held on Monday, November 6th, from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. To participate in this fundraiser, please book an appointment ONLINE at www.mountainwest.ca .  On the website, click on “BOOK A PHOTO SESSION” located at the top of the screen.  Then use the drop down menu to the left and select “Walter Lee Elementary”, then “Family Photos”.  Click on November 6th on the calendar and select any available appointment time between 4:30 and 8:30 pm.  Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and make any final adjustments to your hair and wardrobe before your session.           A fundraising sitting fee of $25 per session benefits the Walter Lee Elementary PAC.  Please pay this fee before your session to the PAC directly by Friday, November 3rd.  Please note that you are not able to pay this fee online or at the time of your session.  Please submit your sitting fee to the black PAC mailbox on the Gym Kitchen door after you have booked your session online.  Portrait proofs will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking approximately 7 business days following the event.  You will have approximately 1 week after this email has been sent to place your order and receive an early bird savings of $10.  Orders placed by the early bird savings date will take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and will be delivered to the school for distribution.  Orders placed after the early bird savings date will be handled on an individual basis and mailed directly to your home.  Each participating family is eligible to receive one complimentary 8x10 with any purchase to be selected at the time of checkout.  Mountain West offers a variety of photo packages, holiday cards and gift items for purchase.
