On Tuesday April 19, the Consultation Committee for Walter Lee Elementary met regarding the possibility of closing our school.  The Consultation Committee includes two parent representatives, Bob Mann and Robi Chakrabarti, one teacher, Ms. Bazso and one support staff member, Mr. Chubak from our school.  They will be meeting with the Board on Monday, April 25.  In preparation for this meeting, they would like parent feedback on the following question:  What do you value about your school that you fear may be lost if the school closes?   Thank you in advance for providing feedback on this important issue.  The Board recognize that the possibility of closing our school creates a considerable amount of anxiety.   As such, it is important for us to provide feedback to the Board before they make their final decision.  Please provide your feedback by Friday, April 22, 2016 by 3:00 pm.    For additional information, please do not hesitate to contact your parent representatives.  Bob Mannbob_mann@shaw.ca  Robi Chakrabartirobi.chak@gmail.com
