Through collaboration meetings, staff professional days and meetings.  Walter Lee is committed fostering a common language and providing regular school-wide opportunities to practice caring for self, for others and for this place.

We will do this by:

• monthly school-wide "together" activities
• grade grouping staff collaboration
• grade grouping and targeted support to develop and practice executive functioning foundational skills
