Would you like to have professional photos taken of your family by Mountain West Studios?  Looking for photos or other gifts for Christmas and other upcoming occasions?  Please join us for our Family Photo Night which will be held on Thursday, November 7th, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm.  A fundraising sitting fee of $25 per family photo session benefits the Walter Lee Elementary PAC. This event is by appointment only.  There are a limited number of appointments available which will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.  To participate in this fundraiser, please complete the following steps in order: Step 1)  Book an appointment ONLINE at mountainwest.ca .  On the website, click on “BOOK A PHOTO SESSION” located at the top of the screen.  Then use the drop down menu to the left and select “Walter Lee Elementary”, then “Family Photos”.  Click on November 7th on the calendar and select any available appointment time between 5:00 and 9:00 pm.   Step 2)  Print the Family Photo notice attached below and complete the lower portion with your student's name and division, your email and phone contact information, and your booked appointment time. Step 3)  Please return the completed portion of the notice AND your $25 fundraising sitting fee to the black PAC mailbox on the Gym Kitchen door.  Cash or cheque payable to the Walter Lee PAC are acceptable.  Please pay this fee by Friday, November 1st.  Following the session, portrait proofs will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking approximately 7 business days following the event.  You will have approximately 1 week after this email has been sent to place your order.  You will receive a free 8x10 with the purchase of a print when you order online.  Orders placed by the order due date will take approximately 2-3 weeks for processing and will be delivered to the school for distribution by the PAC.  Orders placed after the due date will be handled individually and additional charges will apply.  Mountain West offers a variety of photo packages, holiday cards and photo gift items for purchase.
