The McRoberts Secondary School PAC has extended an invitation to all parents of its feeder elementary schools to attend their next meeting on Wednesday, November 13 at 7:00 pm in the McRoberts Library.  The McRoberts PAC has invited a representative from SD38 and Lynn Archer, the Area Superintendent, to discuss two proposals put forth within the Long Range Facilities Plan (LRFP) adopted in June 2019.  The first proposal is a school boundary revision which is seeking to move 4 portions of McRoberts catchment area to McNair Secondary, including a portion of Lee catchment which currently feeds to McRoberts.  The second proposal, a consolidation of secondary schools for the South Central Region is part of their Secondary School Space Utilization Strategy. This essentially is to look at closing one of the high schools within the South Central Region, which includes McRoberts and McNair Secondary Schools.
