MyEd Parent Portal Activation & Login Information
MyEducation BC (MyEd BC) PARENT PORTAL provides parents with a way to access their child’s school information directly online. With this portal account, you will be able to view attendance, term grades, and other information about your child(ren). The MyEducation BC application is a secure portal used in most school districts across the province of BC.
An active MyEd account is needed to be able to access your child's Report Cards when they are published.

The first login must be done from a workstation, laptop or computer. Do not use an iPad, tablet or cell phone. After the initial log in you may use any device to access your parent portal account.
If you have not already, parents/guardians will receive an email message from sysadmin@myeducation.gov.bc.ca with login ID and a temporary password. Each parent/guardian has their own separate account. You will need to log into the account in order to update your password and gain access to the portal.
You may access your account by going to the external link at: https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do.
Account problems?
Please contact the Parent Portal Support Team by sending an email to MyEdParentPortal@sd38.bc.ca. In the subject line please put Parent Portal, and in the message include the following: School Name, Login ID, Student name, Parent/Guardian name and a brief description of the account issue.
