Lee Winter Wonderland Concert - VIP Draw
Dear Families,
Students are already beginning to rehearse and plan for our upcoming Lee Winter Concert! There will be 2 performances on Thursday, December 19st at 1:00 pm and at 6:00 pm. Please know that our evening performance is very well attended and seating is often at capacity. If you can join us for the afternoon concert, that would help us out. To ensure that we comply with fire code and gym capacity, there will be a limit of 3 people total per family (excluding students) for the evening concert.
This year, we will once again have a VIP draw for the Thursday performances. We will draw two prizes consisting of a set of three front row seats! Please return the bottom of this notice and your family will be entered into the draw to be the concert VIP. The draw will be made on Tuesday, December 17thand the winners will be notified by phone and email by Tuesday afternoon.
Important note regarding the parking lot for the evening concert:
The school parking lot will be closed for the evening winter concert. In the past, our parking lot has been identified as a safety concern with too many cars trying to park in too few spaces, this is especially the case as it will be quite dark when students and families are arriving for the evening portion of the concert.
We encourage families to walk to school or use street parking for the event. If families require additional accessibility considerations, please call the school, and ask for Mr. Chan. We will do what we can to help.
