Grade 7 students are automatically registered at their neighbourhood catchment secondary school based on the current residential address that the school has on file. There is no need to do any additional paperwork or registration and you will be contacted by your catchment secondary school over the next few weeks.

If your family has moved, please submit a new registration application online as soon as possible at: https://sd38.bc.ca/student-registration/grades-1-12-registration. Please also contact the school office for a Change of Address Form.

If a student wishes to apply to attend a school other than their secondary catchment school, they must complete and submit a Transfer Application Form. The forms Transfer Application Forms will be available online on January 15^th, 2023 at https://sd38.bc.ca/student-registration/transfer-applications.

Completed transfer applications need to be emailed to the requested school(s) office during the First Round Transfer Application Period beginning February 6, 2023 and ending on Friday, February 28, 2023. Any applications received after this deadline will be considered late transfer applications. Please note that all transfer applications are subject to available physical, program, and resource space at the requested secondary school.
