Virtual Go Girls! Program from the Big Sisters BC Lower Mainland

The Big Sisters BC Lower Mainland is offering their Virtual Go Girls! Program in January 2021. Go Girls! is a free 8-session program for girls (including trans and non-binary youth) in grades 6-8 that focuses on friendships, healthy living, self-esteem, and other topics relevant to this age group.

Due to COVID, this program will be offered virtually over Zoom. This is a group program where two volunteer mentors will lead the program games, discussions, and activities for a group of girls.  Please see the attached program flyer for more information. The program will run either once or twice a week, for 1.5 hour sessions, for a total of 8 sessions. Exact program times will vary, however they will take place on weekdays in the after-school/evening time range.

Parents/guardians can visit https://www.bigsisters.bc.ca/go-girls/ for more information and registration for their online Winter 2021 programs.
